1. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong design, size, or color), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will issue a free return and send you a replacement or a refund.

2. Customer-Initiated Returns (Non-Defective Items)

We do not accept returns for non-defective items such as:
- Incorrect size, color, or design choice
- Change of mind

However, if you wish to exchange your item for a different size or design, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. Once the item is received, we will process the exchange. Please note, shipping fees are not refundable for non-defective returns.

3. Return Shipping Costs

-Defective or Incorrect Items: Return shipping costs will be covered by Printful.
-Non-Defective Items: You will be responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is verified. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account after processing.
